Ideally located in a tranquil, relaxing environment, yet in close proximity to the famous San Marco Square, this ancient Venetian residence was refurbished in 2004 to offer all modern comforts.

Today, the hotel succeeds in reviving past times with its ancient structures and carefully-restored palace. The entrance, which is typically Venetian, leads guests into the refined and enchanting atmosphere of our house, which combines a traditional atmosphere with essential technologies.

Very good for 2 stars and that Venetian atmosphere.

Some problems were with using a SEB credit card.

I loved our chamber maid who was friendly and cleaned the room to perfection each day

We arrived late the first night and the night porter was very unhelpful saying he didn't know where we could eat at that hour. We found a place just 5 minutes around the corner no thanks to him. He idi not make us feel welcome.

The staff was extreamly accomodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. The first morning I arrived at breakfast a bit late and the wonderful lady there still gave me breakfast with a smile. The lady in Housekeeping was also very accomodating. The reception staff was also very helpful.

禁煙室がホテル受付より徒歩１０分ぐらい離れた場所にあり、案内されました。道が大変わかりにくく、朝食を食べに行ったり、フロントに行くためにはかなり大変でした。部屋は広くてよかったです。

離れの部屋は場所がわかりにくく、大変困りました。部屋に電話がなく、何かあってもフロントに連絡できませんでした。その離れた部屋には、ホテルのスタッフもいませんでした。

Ofecen algo que no entregan. Instalaciones muy deficientes. Me enviaron a una dependencia del hotel que era una habitacion de un apartamento sin mayores comodidades

La gentilezza del personale a colazione

Il costo esagerato della dependance rispetto alle camere dell'hotel. Chi soggiorna in dependance ha più disagi e dovrebbe pagare meno rispetto agli ospiti delle camere in hotel. Avevo chiesto due letti separati all'atto della prenotazione (fatta quasi un mese prima del soggiorno) e ho trovato un letto matrimoniale.Ci è stato aperto in aggiunta un divano dove io ho dormito con grande disagio
